1. The above signed will hereinafter by referred to as “Applicant” or “Registrant”
2. Entry fee is $50.00 for each vehicle entered, and $10.00 per additional vehicle. Please fill out separate application forms for each vehicle
3. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PRE‐REGISTERED. Pre‐Registration involves but is not limited to the submission and approval of a completed Entry Application, Release of Liability, and entry payment. Current Photographs MUST ACCOMPANY EACH ENTRY.
   
4. The Festivals of Speed reserves the right to combine or divide classes depending on entries accepted.
   
5. The Festivals of Speed reserves the right to accept or deny any entry.
   
6. Vehicles ineligible for entry, or not registered with proper credentials will not be permitted in the show area.
   
7. For patron safety and fairness vehicles must:
   a. Be in designated places by 9:30am; Locations determined at discretion of Festivals of Speed
   b. Remain in position in the show area until 4:00pm, or after final award has been presented
   c. No signs, displays, stanchions, illustrations, or pop‐up tents are permitted unless given prior authorization by Festivals of Speed staff.
   d. All registered vehicles must by for display only. Any vehicle representing a brand or company must come in as a Festivals of Speed sponsor or registered and approved with written permission from Festivals of Speed staff.

Festivals of Speed Release of Liability
By submitting this form, the Registrant hereby applies for automobile, vessel, aircraft, or other product space at the Festivals of Speed and agrees to the required $50.00 entry fee for the first entry, and $10.00 entry fee for each additional entry for The Festivals of Speed. The Festivals of Speed employees, its workers, contractors, Sponsors, Hosts, The City of Miami, The City of St. Petersburg, and The Ritz‐Carlton Grande Lakes shall not be liable for any theft or property damage or personal injury to the Registrant, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Registrant waives any claim against The Festivals of Speed, its workers, contractors, Sponsors, Hosts, The City of Miami, The City of St. Petersburg, and The Ritz‐Carlton Grande Lakes, and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Registrant’s property entrusted to the premises. Registrants shall hold The Festivals of Speed, its workers, the sponsors, and The Ritz‐Carlton Grand Lakes harmless and shall indemnify The Festivals of Speed, its workers, contractors, Sponsors, Hosts, The City of Miami, The City of St. Petersburg, and The Ritz‐Carlton Grande Lakes, against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney fees. The Festivals of Speed, its workers, contractors, Sponsors, Hosts, The City of Miami, The City of St. Petersburg, and The Ritz‐Carlton Grande Lakes will not be held responsible if show is canceled for any reason. In consideration of the acceptance of this application by the Festivals of Speed, LLC, the Registrant does hereby warrant that the Registrant has personally read the rules and regulations under which the events will be conducted and will abide by those rules and regulations. The Registrant also gives permission to use any enclosed or attached photographs and those photos, motion pictures, videos, and digital images taken at or for the event as well as information about the exhibitor and the exhibitor's automobile(s) for publication and program inclusion, including but not limited to publicity and any other commercial purpose. Each Registrant specifically waives, releases and assigns his rights, to the production reproduction, and publication of any photo, motion picture, video or digital image that depicts the registrant and/or his automobile(s) participating in any Festivals of Speed event to Festivals of Speed. Any photo, motion picture, video or digital image of any Festivals of Speed event may not be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Festivals of Speed. Registration for the event DOES NOT apply to The Luxury Lifestyle Jet Port Reception, The Yacht Hop, or any other Festivals of Speed event not applicable to the specific date and location of the approved registration. Vehicles are placed at the Jet Port Reception, and The Yacht Hop, by invite only.
